In keeping with our new results based rather than effort based philosophy, our Total IT Care plan was designed to replace your current IT support agreements. Historically, most companies pay for work performed and time spent as opposed to paying for a desired result. With this solution we are not billing for hours worked but rather for the results and benefits delivered in a timely fashion.   The amount of time spent by engineers and technicians is not billed but included in the plan.

These plans are designed as a comprehensive packages that will reduce your annual technology maintenance costs while delivering improved end user support services. Special pricing is generally applied as a Customer Loyalty Discount when a client is a referral which effectively reduces IT expenses to a 2005 comparable level.
